Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Scope of Services
Ethosia Global Innovations Limited provides digital strategy, product architecture, software build support, operating system design, EAF OS productization, stabilization, deployment support, documentation, and related services.

2. Service Engagements
Services are delivered according to an agreed proposal, invoice, statement of work, contract, written scope, or other accepted commercial agreement. The specific deliverables, timeline, fees, support terms, and responsibilities will be defined in the applicable engagement document.

3. EAF OS Builds
EAF OS-related work may include public site layers, admin consoles, inquiry flows, proposal pipelines, deal boards, revenue engines, reporting, exports, monitoring, governance layers, repair routines, deployment packs, and handover materials, depending on the agreed package.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, brand materials, hosting credentials where applicable, payment according to agreed terms, and approvals needed to complete the work.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, support charges, and payment schedules are defined in the relevant proposal or invoice. Work may pause where payment or required client input is delayed.

6. Changes to Scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a new statement of work. Ethosia may provide estimates or change notes for additional work before implementation.

7. Delivery and Handover
Delivery may include deployed software, documentation, release notes, admin access, export files, training notes, or handover packs depending on the engagement. Acceptance criteria should be agreed before or during delivery.

8. Support and Maintenance
Support terms are not automatically included unless stated in the relevant agreement. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, hosting, upgrades, and support may be offered separately.

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing
Ownership and licensing of deliverables depend on the agreement. Ethosia may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, concepts, methods, templates, doctrine structures, and platform patterns while granting the client usage rights to agreed deliverables.

10. Limitation of Liability
Ethosia will use reasonable care and skill in delivering services. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms of the relevant agreement. Fees for completed work, committed resources, or non-refundable milestones may remain payable.

12. Contact
Questions about Ethosia services may be submitted through the contact or demo request page.
